- Workers operating the gas works work up to 12 hours/day
The
Circular 12/2022/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the
working time and rest time for workers engaged in operation, maintenance and
repair of gas distribution pipeline systems and the gas works took effect from
September 9, 2022.
As
regulated by the Circular, the workers who operate, maintain and repair the gas
distribution pipeline systems and the gas works work in shifts and working
sessions. Specifically, the working shift must not exceed 12 hours in a day;
the maximum working session is 7 days.
Ensure
that the total working hours of the shift and the number of overtime hours do
not exceed 12 hours in a day; the number of overtime hours must not exceed 300
hours in a year.

The Circular 18/2022/TT-BKHDT of the
Ministry of Planning and Investment detailing the list and period of periodic transformation
of working positions for civil servants, officials who directly contact and
handle the work in the Investment field in the locality took effect from
September 30, 2022.
This Circular applies to the civil
servants who do not hold the positions of leader, managers and the officials who
directly contact and handle the work in the Investment field.
The list of working positions in the
Investment field subject to periodic transformation including: 1- Appraising, granting
investment certificates of foreign investors in Vietnam and of Vietnamese
investors to abroad; 2- Appraising the project; 3- Bidding and managing bidding;
4- Making, allocating and managing capital plans; 5- Managing planning; 6-
Managing industrial parks - export
processing zones - economic zones; 7- Managing enterprises and registering business;
8- Managing ODA, preferential loan capital.
The period for periodic
transformation of working positions for the civil servants who do not hold the positions
of leaders, managers and the officials who directly contact and handle the above-said
work is from enough 03 years to 05 years.
