Today, in the
solemn atmosphere of the ceremony "Summary of 20 years of construction and
development of industrial parks in Bac Ninh Province", on behalf
of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, the first word I would like to thank the
leaders of the provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People's Committee
of Bac Ninh province who have helped and created favorable conditions for the
Corporation to build, develop and attract investment into industrial parks
invested by Viglacera.

Viglacera is
an enterprise under the Ministry of Construction, doing business in two main
areas: building materials and real estate. Being the company having the first
industrial park development project in Bac Ninh (in Tien Son Industrial Park)
in 1998, Viglacera also established the infrastructure investment unit to
implement the objectives and tasks of industrial zone development associated
with Bacninh Industrial Zones Authority. To date, Viglacera has successfully
implemented 09 industrial parks nationwide, attracting nearly 250 large
investors with a total investment of about US$12 billion. In Bac Ninh province,
we has invested in 3 industrial zones (Tien Son, Yen Phong, Yen Phong II) with
a total area of 990ha. These are considered as model IPs with the investment
attract of over USD10 billion, especially big companies such as Samsung
Electronics Co., Samsung Dipslay Co., have invested in Yen Phong Industrial
Park, contributing about 20% of the country's export turnover ($ 28 billion).

Throughout the
investment process, we find that Bac Ninh is one of the provinces in the
northern key economic region with many advantages such as:
+ Convenient transportation, connecting with Noi Bai International Airport, abundant labor force, high
intellectual level, many traditional trades are gradually oriented to commodity
production and become the strength, is an important premise for the development
of the industry.
+ Good policies for investment attraction, being a breakthrough for the industrialization and modernization
revolution. The structure of production rearrangement, the planning of
construction of industrial parks, industrial clusters, technical infrastructure
and social infrastructure. A series of open, attractive policies and
regulations has created an airy, friendly image of Bac Ninh, attracting
investors at home and abroad.
+ The investment environment is convenient, suitable with long-term goals of Viglacera Corporation. In the past years,
Bac Ninh has improved the investment environment, publicizing administrative
procedures and promoting public administrative services.
+ The professional cooperation of the Bacninh Industrial
Zones Authority: Has supported Viglacera
Corporation on investment procedures, land acessment, compensation for site
clearance, investment projects; assisted investors to provide and train
workers; Besides, Bacninh IZA has also paid attention to coordinated investment
in infrastructure outside the fence of the industrial park and ensure security
and order.

Proposals of Viglacera Corporation: With the results achieved in the 20 years of development of centralized
industrial zones, Viglacera has developed not less than foreign investors, thus
Viglacera will continue to promote investment in Bac Ninh. We look forward to
continue to receive the support of the leaders of Bac Ninh province, the
departments of Bac Ninh province so that Viglacera can contribute more to the
development of the province.
