Trung tâm Hỗ trợ đầu tư và Phát triển khu công nghiệp Bắc Ninh 2 (gọi tắt là Trung tâm) là đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập trực thuộc Ban Quản lý các Khu công nghiệp tỉnh Bắc Ninh. Trung tâm thực hiện chức năng thu thập và quảng bá thông tin; phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động xúc tiến đầu tư và các hoạt động tư vấn, dịch vụ hỗ trợ đầu tư trong các khu công nghiệp tập trung, nhằm huy động các nguồn lực trong nước và nước ngoài, thực hiện các dự án đầu tư nhằm mục tiêu phát triển bền vững các khu công nghiệp tập trung trên địa bàn tỉnh. Tổ chức bộ máy của Trung tâm được xây dựng như sau:
