A. THE PROCESS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT
The Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority was established on August 25, 1998 in Decision No. 152/1998 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure and staffing are decided in Decision No. 60/2008 / QD-UBND dated May 9, 2008 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
