2. Decree No. 19/2015 / ND-CP dated February 14, 2015 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection:

After each working session, the reporters received many comments from the officers in charge of the environmental work of the IZs and asked for answers, detailed instructions on each specific issue such as :

- If, during the commissioning period, the work requires waste monitoring (composite sampling), it is expensive and difficult for enterprises to implement.

- When handing over daily-life wastes to fully functional units, must the minutes of handing over the waste be signed and stamped immediately?

- Is the goal of leasing factories, offices and warehouses subject to EIA?
