          - Circular No. 01/2020/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of Decree No. 61/2005/ND-CP stipulating policies on job creation support and National Employment Fund and Decree No. 74/2019/ND-CP amending the Decree No. 61/2005/ND-CP promulgated by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.           - Circular No. 13/2019/TT-BLDTBXH on National Technical Regulations on Thermal and fire protective clothing promulgated by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. Effective date: April 01, 2020.

          - Decree No. 27/2020/ND-CP amending the Decree No. 40/2014/ND-CP on utilization of individuals’ participation in science and technology activities and the Decree No. 87/2014/ND-CP on attracting the participation in science and technology activities of the Vietnamese people living abroad and foreign experts in science and technology activities in Vietnam.           Circular No. 05/2020/TT-BTC amending the Circular No. 44/2017/TT-BTC on price bracket for calculation of natural resource tax of groups and types of resources sharing similar physical and chemical properties promulgated by the Minister of Finance. Effective date: March 05, 2020.

4. Import and Export

          Circular No. 13/2020/TT-BTC amending the Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BTC on inspection, supervision and suspension of customs procedures for imports and exports that are subject matters of intellectual property rights; control of counterfeit goods and goods infringing intellectual property rights promulgated by the Minister of Finance. Effective date: April 20, 2020.
