- Circular No. 05/2020/TT-BCT amending the Joint
Circular No. 47/2011/TTLT-BCT-BTNMT regulating the management of import, export
and temporary import - re-export for the ozone layer deletion substances according
to the Montreal Protocol on ozone layer depletion substances. Effective date:
May 01, 2020.
- Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BCT amending the Circular No.
03/2019/TT-BCT regulating the rules of origin in the Comprehensive and

2020.
- Decree No. 46/2020/ND-CP stipulating the customs
procedures, customs inspection and supervision of goods in transit through the

roadmap for application of border checkpoint for import and export in case of goods
