Import and export
- Circular 42/2020/TT-BTC regulating information criteria and declaration forms
to carry out the goods transit procedures as stipulated in the Decree 46/2020/ND-CP
on customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision of goods in transit
through the ASEAN Customs Transit System to implement the Protocol 7 on the
Customs Transit System issued by the Minister of Finance. Effective date: 06/07/2020.

- Resolution 954/2020/UBTVQH14 on adjustment of family circumstance
deduction level of personal income tax issued by the Standing Committee of the National
Assembly . Effective date: 01/07/2020.
- Resolution 94/2019/QH14 on freezing tax arrears, remission of fines for
late payment interest, late payment interest for taxpayers who are unable to pay
to the state budget issued by the National Assembly. Effective date: 01/07/2020.
- Decree
53/2020/ND-CP regulating environmental protection fees for wastewater. Effective date: 01/07/2020.
- Circular 41/2020/TT-BTC amending the Circular 219/2016/TT-BTC regulating
