In the face of complicated
developments and the heavy impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the first 9 months
of 2021, Bac Ninh industrial zones still attracted investment and had stable
production and business activities with positive data.
The processing and manufacturing industry increased by 11.8%
From December 19, 2020 to September 18, 2021,
95 new Investment registration certificates were issued with a total newly
registered investment capital of US$782.22 million for 67 FDI projects (US$505.22
million) and 28 domestic projects (US$223 million). Issued for adjustment of 262
projects including 233 FDI projects and 29 domestic projects (57 projects with
adjusted investment capital, with total increased investment capital of US$187,582
million). In addition, issued for adjustment of 01 Industrial zone infrastructure
project with the total increased investment capital of US$51.32 million.
Accumulated to September 18, 2021, issued 1,707
projects with total new and adjusted investment registration capital of US$22,636,118
million. In which: 17 industrial zone infrastructure projects with a total
registered investment capital of US$1,342.23 million; secondary projects:
Issued 1,690 Investment registration certificates (530 domestic projects, 1,160
FDI projects) with total new and adjusted investment capital of US$21,293.89
million (domestic US$2,906,515 million, FDI US$18,387,375 million).
With effective pandemic prevention and
control measures, up to now most enterprises in Bac Ninh industrial zones have
returned to their normal operations in the new conditions (1,104/1,120 enterprises
with the current total number of employees compared to the second quarter of 2021
is 314,203 people/320,485 employees, 7,216 foreign employees).
In the first 9 months of 2021, the production
and business activities of the enterprises in Bac Ninh industrial zones,
despite facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, still had a growth

industrial zones will be very positive, complete the proposal plan 2021.
The
Index of Industrial Production (IIP) exceeded the average increase of 9 months
of the past 5 years
In the
first 9 months of 2021, the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) still
increased quite well, achieved 11.74% over the same period last year, exceeded the
average increase of 9 months of the past 5 years. This is also a good increase
after 2 years of decrease.
The
movements in some industries are specifically as follows: The processing and
manufacturing industry (+11.8%); production and distribution of electricity,
gas, hot water (+4.86%); the water supply industry, waste and wastewater
management and treatment activities decreased (-3.77%)… The export turnover of
goods in 9 months was estimated at US$31,924 million, achieved 87.5% of the
plan 2021, a high increase of 23.7% over the same period last year, of which
the foreign invested sector achieved US$31,827 million, increased by 23.9%. In
terms of export goods, the highlight is still phones, accessories, computers
and components accounting for the largest density with a very high increase of
33.6%...
Export
increased sharply, export surplus was nearly US$5 billion
In
the first 9 months of 2021, the export turnover was estimated at more than
US$31.9 billion, achieved 87.5% of the plan 2021, increased 23.7% over the same
period last year.
In
which, the phones, accessories, computers and components accounted for the
largest density with a very high increase of 33.6%. In addition, although the
textile, garment and footwear materials accounted for a small density, had the
highest increase of 39.6%.
In
the opposite direction, the import turnover was estimated at nearly US$27
billion, achieved 83.5% of the 2021 plan, increased 19.4% over the same period
last year. The import goods that increased sharply in the first 9 months of the
year were: base metals, iron and steel, electronic components, and phones.

to the report by the Department of Statistics, in the 9 months of 2021, the
Index of Industrial Production (IIP) achieved an increase of 11.74% over the
same period last year, and at the same time exceeded the average increase of 9
months of the past 5 years.
In
which, the processing and manufacturing industry increased by 11.8%; the
production and distribution of electricity, gas and hot water increased by
4.86%.
In
the manufacturing and processing industry, some industries had high increase
indexes compared to the same period last year such as: Clothes production; Printing,
copying records of all kinds; Manufacturing other means of transport.
The
whole province had nearly 1,700 newly established enterprises
In
the first 9 months of the year, the whole province had 1,679 newly established
enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND20,811 billion; in
which, the rate of online business registration dossiers achieved 97.62%,
ranked fifth in the whole country. The average registered capital per newly
established enterprise is VND12.40 billion.
Besides,
550 enterprises registered to return to their operation; 838 enterprises
registered to suspend their operation; 148 enterprises voluntarily dissolved;
212 enterprises transformed their type of operation; 2,603 enterprises
registered to change (address, information about the owner, members, capital,
legal representative)…
Accumulated
up to now, 19,113 enterprises are operating within the province with a total
registered charter capital of more than VND301,626 billion; The average
registered capital per enterprise achieved VND 15.78 billion.
In
which, 10,661 One-member limited liability companies; 5,075 Limited liability
companies with 2 members; 2,876 Joint stock companies; 500 Private enterprises;
01 partnership and 4,094 affiliated units are operating (Branches,
Representative offices and Business locations);
In
addition, 1,496 enterprises are temporarily suspending their business with a
total registered charter capital of more than VND 8,960 billion.
FDI
attraction increased by 48.1%
From
the beginning of the year to September 20, 2021, the whole province attracted
97 newly registered FDI projects, decreased 24.2% over the same period last
year, but the total registered capital achieved US$522 million, increased
48.1%.
Also
in 9 months, the whole province adjusted capital for 64 projects, with the
adjusted capital for increase of US$106 million; capital contribution, share
purchase, 58 capital contributions with a value of US$144 million; recovered 35
projects with total investment capital of US$223 million.
Accumulated
to September 20, 2021, the whole province has 1,693 valid projects with the
total registered investment capital after adjustment and capital contribution,
share purchase, the contributed capital reached US$20,429 billion.
