Chairman of the Provincial
People's Committee Nguyen Huong Giang sent a letter to businesses in the province.
At the beginning of the letter,
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huong Giang said: In 2021,
in difficult conditions and challenges from domestic and international,
especially the appearance of Delta variant with very fast spreading speed lead
to the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic, Bac Ninh became the epidemic center
of the whole country. However, with flexible and timely solutions, the
province's socio-economics continued to achieve some important results. The
province's gross domestic product (GRDP) increased by 6.9%, the industrial
production index increased by 9.67%; commodity exports increased by 14.9% (together
with Ho Chi Minh City leading the country),q social security was guaranteed.
The Governance and Public Administration Performance Index ranked 4th, the
Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) remained in the top 10 best provinces.
On behalf of the Provincial
People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee would
like to thank enterprises for actively promoting production and working with government
at all in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic according to a
safe and flexible adaptation strategy and effectively control the Covid-19
epidemic, initially successfully, promote new growth momentum.
In 2022, with advantages and
challenges intertwined, Bac Ninh enterprises community continues to overcome
difficulties and challenges. Economic growth in the first quarter of 2022
reached 7.63%; the index of production, employment, import - export and budget
revenue were quite positive.
However, it is forecasted that in
2022, enterprises still face many difficulties and challenges ahead. Bac Ninh province
commit to improving the business environment, shortening the time and improving
the quality of administrative procedures, implementing support programs in
accordance with Resolution 11 of the Government, especially support for fiscal
and monetary policy, support labor supply, strengthen social security; actively
dialogue, solve all difficulties and problems of enterprises.
In order to better support enterprises,
the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that enterprises
promptly reflect difficulties, problems, inadequacies in policies and
harassment and troubles of state cadres and state agencies. All feedback,
recommendations are confidential and timely help. In particular, enterprises
are encouraged to use online public services in order to make public and
transparent the process of dealing with state agencies' affairs.
"Bac Ninh province commits
to always accompanying, supporting and creating favorable conditions for enterprises
to develop with the spirit of listening - understanding - accompanying and
developing" - the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized.
