In April, the e-Invoice
Implementation Operations Center will support 24 hours a day, including
Saturday and Sunday.
Accordingly, in order to promote
the development of e-Government, improve the quality and operational efficiency
of State agencies, serve the people and enterprises better and better, at the
same time, make public and transparent activities of State agencies in the
Internet environment, the whole province contend that by June 30, 2022 deploy
e-invoices for 100% of enterprises, economic organizations, and business
households according to the above declaration method locality.
Specifically, in the period from
April 1 to April 30, at least 85% of enterprises, organizations and 50% of
business households and individuals pay tax using e-invoices. In the period
from May 1 to May 31, at least 95% of enterprises, organizations and 85% of
households and individuals pay tax using e-invoices. In the period from June 1
to June 30, Bac Ninh deploy e-invoices for 100% of enterprises, economic
organizations, and individuals in the area.
For organizations, enterprises
and business households established from April 1, 2022, they must implement
e-invoices according to Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the
Government and Circular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC dated September 17, 2021 of the
Ministry of Finance since its inception.
The Provincial People's Committee
assigns the Provincial Tax Department to be in charge and coordinate with
functional departments in inspecting and reviewing enterprises, organizations, business
households that newly establish or move their business locations or resume
operations after suspending operations, resume production and business after
the Tax Office announces the removal of their business addresses; enterprises
and organizations that are operating but have no revenue, have no need to use
invoices, now generate revenue, need invoices for customer delivery and other
cases to fully and promptly deploy e-invoices according to regulations. Bac
Ninh inspect and classify risks to handle cases of non-compliance with the use
of e-invoices and cases of law violations in the use of e-invoices.
Closely and flexibly coordinate
with e-invoice solution providers and data transmission service providers to
train, support, handle problems and difficulties in the implementation process
of converting and using e-invoices of organizations, enterprises, business households
and individuals.
Review and categorize taxpayers
operating in the province who are required to use e-invoices according to
regulations to propagate and guide taxpayers to apply e-invoices.
Media agencies promote propaganda
about the benefits of implementing e-invoices and new contents of e-invoices in
accordance with the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14, Decree No.
123/2020/ND- CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government, Circular No.
78/2021/TT-BTC dated September 17, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance to
organizations, enterprises, business households and business individuals in the
area.
