Support the employees who are working in the enterprises: The employees who are working in the enterprises in the province are supported when they fully meet the following conditions:

- Living in a rented house, boarding during the period from February 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022.

- Have an indefinite-term labor contract or a definite-term labor contract of 01 month or more, signed the contract and commenced before April 1, 2022.

- Being participating in compulsory social insurance (have name in the list of participation in compulsory social insurance of the social insurance agency) in the month immediately preceding the time the enterprise made the list of employees requesting house rental support.

- In the case that the employees are not the subject of participation in compulsory social insurance as regulated in clause 4, Article 2 of the Decree No. 115/2015/ND-CP dated 11/11/2015 of the Government detailing some articles of the Law on Social Insurance regarding compulsory social insurance, the employees must have name in the salary payment list of the enterprises of the month preceding the time the enterprises made the list of employees requesting house rental support.

The support level is 500,000 VND/person/month; the maximum support period is 3 months; monthly payment method. Dossier requesting support: List of employees requesting house rental support certified by the social insurance agency according to the Form No. 02 in the Appendix issued with the Decision No. 08/2022/QD-TTg. In the case that there are employees who are not the subject of participation in compulsory social insurance in the list, in the dossier requesting support, need to have a copy of the salary payment list of the month immediately preceding the time the enterprise made the list of employees requesting house rental support.

Support the employees who return to the labor market: The subjects and conditions of support are the employees who are working in the enterprises, co-operatives, business households with the business registration in the industrial parks, export processing zones or key economic area, they are supported when they fully meet the following conditions:

- Living in a rented house, boarding during the period from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022.

- Have an indefinite-term labor contract or a definite-term labor contract of 01 month or more, signed the contract and implemented in the period about from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022, except for the labor contract entered into in the continuation of the labor contract signed and performed previously.

- Being participating in compulsory social insurance (have name in the list of participation in compulsory social insurance of the social insurance agency) in the month immediately preceding the time the employer made the list of employees requesting house rental support

- In the case that the employees are not the subject of participation in compulsory social insurance as regulated in clause 4, Article 2 of the Decree No. 115/2015/ND-CP dated 11/11/2015 of the Government detailing some articles of the Law on Social Insurance regarding compulsory social insurance, the employees who are newly recruited and signed the labor contract but have not had name in the list of participation in compulsory social insurance of the Social insurance agency), they must have name in the salary payment list of the employer of the month preceding the time the employer made the list of employees requesting house rental support.

The support level is 1,000,000 VND/person/month; the maximum support period is 3 months; monthly payment method. Dossier requesting support: List of employees requesting house rental support certified by the Social Insurance agency according to the Form No. 03 in the Appendix issued with the Decision No. 08/2022/QD-TTg. In the case that there are employees who are not the subject of participation in compulsory social insurance in the list, newly recruited employees and signed contract but they have not had name in the list of participation in compulsory social insurance of the Social insurance agency, in the dossier requesting support, need to have a copy of the salary payment list of the month immediately preceding the time the employer made the list of employees requesting house rental support.
