The Public administration reform index of Bac Ninh province in 2020 was applied with 17 provincial departments, branches and 8 People's Committees of the districts, towns and city. About the ranks: 15 units obtained Excellent level, 10 units obtained Good level. With the points given by the Provincial Grading Board, the Department of Transportation ranked first with 97 points; Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority ranked 4th with 95.5 points.

The Article 2 of this Decision specifies “Based on the Public Administration Reform Index results in 2020, the provincial departments, branches and the People's Committees of the districts, towns and city organize to thoroughly grasp, learn from experience, and have solutions to speed up the public administrative reform in order to improve the Public Administration Reform Index in 2021 and the following years”./.
