With a spirit of frankness, democracy, and a high sense of responsibility, the Congress discussed and approved the Report on the evaluation of the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Party Cell Congress for the term 2020-2022; direction and tasks for the term 2022-2025. At the same time, approved the Review Report of the Party Cell’s Committee, term 2020-2022.

The congress also listened to the presentation of two party members in the Party cell: Presentation by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong with the content "Improve the quality of operation of the “One door-on the stop” department"; a speech by Mrs. Tran Thi Dong with the content "Improve the quality of propaganda, political and ideological education for officials and members of Party cell 1".

After the discussion and comments of Party members in the Party cell, the Congress heard the direction of Mr. Nguyen Duc Cao - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Bac Ninh IZA. Mr. Nguyen Duc Cao recognized and praised the achievements that Party cell 1 has achieved in the last term; At the same time, he also emphasized and pointed out the outstanding aspects and limitations of the Party cell in the last term. In particular, he mentioned and gave opinions to direct the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for Party cell 1 in the next term, focusing on 03 main tasks as follows:

1. Strengthen improvement, continuing to improve the quality of organization, direction and administration of the Cell’s Executive Committee; Pay attention to the construction and implementation of work according to specific plans. In each period, continue to determine the focus of the work with specific goals and targets and focus on leading the implementation to achieve high efficiency. In the leadership of the implementation of political tasks, it is important to attach importance to the consulting work and perform the assigned functions and tasks according to the working regulations of the agency or unit.

2. Continue to perform well the work of leading and building the Party organization, improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization and its members; focus on maintaining order, improving content, improving the quality of party activities; take care of mass affairs, lead trade union groups and youth unions with successful results; Detect and introduce the elite masses for the Party to consider and foster admission; Enhance the education of cadres, party members and the masses to raise the revolutionary morality, sense of responsibility towards work, and perform well the tasks of cadres and party members in the new situation.

3. Pay attention to inspection and supervision in the Party, the work of preliminary, summarizing; timely detect and praise good people and good deeds.

The Congress continued to conduct elections to elect the Executive Committee of the V term - term 2022-2025.
