Following
the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Notices
No. 75/TB-UBND and No. 77/TB-UBND dated July 19, 2021,
on announcing the conclusion of the Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial
People's Committee at the Business Dialogue Conference of the year 2021;
Document No. 1252/UBND-KTTH dated May 9, 2022 on assigning the Bac Ninh
Industrial Zones Authority to respond to enterprises' recommendations
at the Business Dialogue Conference in 2022.

On
August 24, 2022, the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority in collaboration with Office of the
Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Natural Resources and
Environment, the Department of Construction, the Department of Transport and
the People's Committee of Tien Du District, held a Conference
on
removing difficulties and obstacles, accelerating the implementation of IP technical
infrastructure investment and development projects in Tien Du district.
Attending
and chairing the conference were Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc - Director of Bacninh IZA, and the Standing Comrades of Tien Du
District Party Committee: Mr. Nguyen Dai Dong - Chairman of the District
People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Cong Ky - Standing Vice Chairman of the District
People's Committee; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hao - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and
leaders of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the provincial
departments and branches; Leaders and specialized departments under the
District People's Committee and the Bacninh IZA; Leaders of industrial park
infrastructure development investment companies in the district (King Bac
Investment Development Corporation – JSC, VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd., Viglacera
Infrastructure Investment and Development Company and Branches of JSC Saigon
Telecommunications Technology in Bac Ninh) and leaders of communes whose land
is in the planning of industrial parks.
At
the Conference, leaders of industrial park infrastructure development
investment companies (Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company, Bac Ninh Industrial
Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction One Member Co., Ltd.) report on
the situation and progress of investment and construction of industrial park
infrastructure projects over the past time; clearly state the
difficulties and problems. Delegates at the
Conference have listened those reports and discussed solutions to speed up the compensation
and site clearance for these projects. Thereby conducting investment in
building technical infrastructure of industrial parks,
attracting investors and promoting the development of the district in the
coming time.
According to
reports, the main difficulties affecting the implementation progress of
industrial park projects are
the progress of compensation and site clearance, the escalating price of
materials, especially of construction
materials, the transportation cost
burdened by rising fuel costs in recent years.
The Bacninh IZA received comments
from Tien Du District and provincial departments and branches.
After
listening to the investors of industrial parks reporting on the situation and
progress of investment and construction of industrial park
infrastructure; difficulties and problems along with the exchange and
discussion ideas of the members attending the Conference; Director of the Bacninh IZA has suggested that departments,
specialized branches and consulting units coordinate with Tien Du
district to focus on speeding up the resolution and removal of shortcomings and
problems, creating favorable conditions for investors to accelerate project
implementation; calling on secondary investors to carry out investment projects
to speed up the filling up of the industrial park. At the same time, it is
suggested that industrial park investors need to be more determined, take
measures to build synchronous and modern industrial parks to meet the needs of
investors and meet the requirements of industrial park development./.
