With the female worker rate accounting for nearly 60% of the total number of trade union employees in the whole province, from 2019 up to now, the Trade Union levels in the province have organized 188 inspections related to the regimes and policies for female employees; supporting the female workers with difficult circumstances to borrow capital from the fund “For the poor female workers” for developing the family economy with a total value of more than VND 3.6 billion; installing 15 Milk squeezing and storage rooms at the enterprise with a large number of female employees; supporting 174 children of the employees with congenital disabilities to receive free medical examination and surgery; 16 children with disabilities were given wheelchairs... Along with taking good care of their material lives, the Trade Union levels focused on promoting the propaganda, education and awareness raising for the female workers about the legal policies, gender equality, population, family and children. The cultural exchange, performance, physical training - sports activities; seminars, honoring and commendation were focused, contributing to improving the spiritual life, creating motivation to help women actively emulate learning, working, production…

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the advisory work, the implementation of activities of the Trade Union levels in the province in the past time; affirmed the role and position of the cadres and Trade unionists, employees, including the female trade unionists, employees, civil servants contributed to the province’s overall achievements; We hope that in the coming time, the male trade unionists, employees, civil servants in the province will continue to maintain their class standpoints, revolutionary tradition, raise high the spirit of responsibility, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, and have determination to overcome all difficulties, well complete the assigned tasks; actively participate in the patriotic emulation movements, especially the movement “Good at workplace, responsible for housework” attached with the movement “Women study actively, work creatively, build happy families”.

On the occasion of 90^th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Women's Union, the Provincial Confederation of Labour presented gifts to 453 female trade unionists with extremely difficult circumstances, 47 children of the trade unionists for overcoming difficulties and studying well in 2020, with a total value of VND On the occasion of 90^th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union.

* Responding to the photo contest via Facebook, after more than 5 months of launching, 728 affiliated grassroots Trade Unions with 4,795 cadres, trade unionists and employees participated. The direct superior Trade Union Organization Committee received 3,317 works participating in the contest and gave marks, selected 85 typical works to be sent to the Provincial Confederation of Labour. The Board of examiners of the provincial-level contest assessed and selected 21 prize-winning works, including: 1 First prize; 2 Second prizes; 3 Third prizes and 15 Consolation prizes.

The contest aims to introduce and diffuse the typical activities of the Grassroots Trade Union; praise the grassroots Trade Union cadres, efficiency in building and developing the Trade Union organization; in the production and business, it contributes to the socio-economic development of the province and the country.
