Gia Binh II Industrial Zone
is located in the communes of Nhan Thang, Binh Duong, Thai Bao and Van Ninh,
with the Northeast boundary bordering on the National highway 17, the Northwest
bordering on Thai Bao commune, provincial road DT.282, the Southwest bordering
on Nhan Thang commune and Binh Duong commune. Gia Binh II Industrial Zone has an
area of about 250 hectares, is a concentrated industrial zone with
a synchronous technical infrastructure system to attract the investors, modern
production and business projects, advanced technology, clean industry that does
not pollute the environment. The functional areas in the industrial zone include:
Land area for factory construction, administrative, service, green trees,
traffic, parking lot areas and the head technical infrastructure work areas,
connected with each other through the traffic axes in the industrial zone.
The Provincial People's
Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate
with the People's Committee of Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Industrial Zones
Authority, the related departments, branches and units to publicize the planning;
set up the planning landmarks in the field in accordance with the approved
scheme.
