The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee has a direct dialogue with the workers.

Participants and dialogue with the workers included Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Member of the Party’s Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Leader of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; Dao Hong Lan, Alternate Member of the Party’s Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Van Thuat, Vice President of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Nguyen Quoc Chung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the cadres of the Provincial Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee, the provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; leaders of the departments, branches, localities and 400 workers who are working at the enterprises in Bac Ninh province.

Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the contributions and efforts of the Trade Union organizations and workers to the socio-economic development of the province in the past time. He highly appreciated the initiative of the provincial Labor Confederation in advising the organization of this meeting program. This is one of the practically meaningful activities, the democratic forum between the Party, the government and the working class, an opportunity for the workers, laborers and Trade Union cadres to directly express their inmost feelings and legitimate aspirations, issues directly related to the life, work,...; give proposals and solutions to improve the material and spiritual life for the laborers, build the harmonious, stable and progressive labor relationships, contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprises and promoting the socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province.

In the spirit of openness, willingness to listen of the provincial leaders, many workers asked questions and recommended their inmost feelings and aspirations. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee together with the leaders of Departments, branches and localities directly answered and reply the difficulties and problems of the workers; at the same time, gave the close and drastic guidance ideas to resolve the dialogue issues, received the sympathy, support from the workers; Thereby, the workers can trust, feel secure and continue to work for a long time in the province.

Immediately after the dialogue, the provincial Labor Confederation held the summation of the Worker Month 2020. Acknowledging and highly appreciating the obtained results of the Worker Month and the activities of the Trade Union levels in the past time, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Dao Hong Lan, emphasized: “This is considered as a motivation, condition for better performance of the roles, tasks and functions of the Trade Union organization in the coming time when Vietnam continues to widely and deeply integrate with the world in the age of science and technology 4.0”. Propose the Trade Union at all levels to attach special importance to, do better the representation work for looking after, protecting the workers with more practical contents and solutions. Take initiative in coordinating and proposing with the government in inspecting, supervising the implementation of policies and laws related to the laborers; promptly and strictly handle the units that violate the labor law. Strengthen the propagation and education work among the workers, build the Vietnamese working class in the new period with political bravery, skills, industrial labor style; creative labor, take initiative in international integration, not get provoked, roused by hostile forces against the State.

On this occasion, 100 trade-unionists were awarded the Certificate of merit for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement “Good labor, creative labor”; The provincial Labor Confederation awarded the Certificate of merit to 27 Presidents of the grassroots Trade Unions for their outstanding achievements; presented 1,868 gifts to the trade-unionists, workers suffering from fatal diseases, labor accidents and occupational diseases; awarded the new building support of 5 “Trade Union Shelters” to the trade-unionists and workers who have difficulties in housing and signed the program “Welfare for Trade-unionists” with some units and enterprises.
