The Prime Minister visited the workers at the production workshop

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Leader of the provincial
Delegation of the National Assembly; Dao Hong Lan, Alternate Member of the
Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party
Committee; Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party
Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Quoc Chung,
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial
People's Council; leaders of the related departments and branches.
Foster Electric Bac Ninh Co., Ltd was established
in 2010, located in Bac Ninh VSIP, is 100% Japanese-owned company specializing
in manufacturing headsets for mobile phones and loudspeakers of all kinds. Currently,
the Company has more than 3,600 cadres and employees. With annual turnover at
the growth rate of more than 20%, the Company has become the largest loudspeaker
manufacturer in the world. In 2019, the export turnover reached 3,432 billion
VND; paid 43 billion VND to the State budget; The average income of employees
is 9.6 million VND/month. Through the grassroots trade union organization, the
Company has many social security policies, takes good care of workers’ life.
The Company was honored by Bac Ninh Labor Confederation as “Enterprise for employees”.
On
the occasion of the worker month in 2020, the Prime Minister spent most of the
time encouraging and listening to the workers and employees of Foster Electric Bac
Ninh Co., Ltd. in sharing their inmost feelings, aspirations and working, production
situation and daily life. After listening to the report on production situation
of the Company, the Prime Minister emphasized, while the Covid-19 epidemic has complicated
development, Bac Ninh province has performed well the dual task of preventing,
controlling the epidemic and socio-economic development. The Prime Minister
acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Foster Electric Bac Ninh
Co., Ltd in particular, the enterprises in Bac Ninh province in general in
improving the working conditions and taking care of workers' lives; especially the
synchronous and effective implementation of many measures to ensure safety and
health for workers, making efforts to maintain the production, ensuring job and
income for workers before difficulties. The Prime Minister expressed his delight
at the workers' aspirations for improving their skills, training their skills,
thereby increasing their incomes. As a locality with strong industrial
development, attracting a large labor force, Bac Ninh needs to have a favorable
mechanism to build the workers’ housing area to help workers “live and work in
peace and contentment”. The social welfare system should be appropriately
designed from supermarkets, kindergartens, banks, security and safety for
workers, so that the workers “go out early and return late, especially for
women, not threatened the life and property”.
The
Prime Minister proposed the Ministries and branches to continue proposing to
the Government effective solutions to complete the legal system, policies and
drastic measures to solve difficulties for the enterprises, support workers.
Persist with the goal of increasing productivity and improving welfare in each
enterprise. The Prime Minister requested Foster Electric Bac Ninh Co., Ltd. in
particular and the enterprises in the whole country in general to pay special
attention to the workers’ life, first of all to ensure labor safety, followed
by housing, improving income, improving the cultural and spiritual life for
workers. For the workers and employees, they need to actively study and improve
their skills in order to meet the development requirements of the enterprises.
On
this occasion, the Prime Minister gave 100 gifts to the workers with
outstanding achievements in working, production and to the workers with difficult
circumstances of the Company. At the same time, directly visited and gave gifts
to the families and children at the boarding house in Doi Soc village, Phu Chan
commune, Tu Son town.
