Attended by more than 800 trade unionists of
Seojin Auto Co., Ltd. At the propaganda session, the trade unionists listened
to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien - Deputy Head of the Policy - Law Department of
the Provincial Confederation of Labour conveying the contents about the labor
law, Law on Social Insurance, Law on occupational safety and health, new points
of the Labor Code 2019. In the propaganda contents, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien
emphasized some new contents and points of the Labor Code 2019 and the Law on
occupational safety and health such as: Representative organizations of the employees;
Dialogue at workplace; Collective negotiation; Labor disputes, strikes, State
policies on occupational safety and health; Rights and responsibilities of the
grassroots Trade union in the occupational safety and health work...
The contents of the propaganda session were enthusiastically received, responded, acquired and considered them as very practical knowledge in the life by the trade unionists.
