Leaders of the Provincial Confederation of Labour and Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones present the Certificates of merit to the individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in the period 2015-2020.

Bac Ninh industrial zones currently have 596 grassroots trade unions with more than 114,000 trade unionists and workers. Over the past 5 years, the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones has deeply launched the patriotic emulation movement, focusing on the movement “Excellent labor, creative labor”, “Promoting the technological initiatives and innovations”, “Green-Clean-Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and health” attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, trade unionists and workers. The movements with many innovations in content, form, and implementation measures have promoted creativity, spirit of daring to think, daring to do, overcoming difficulties, and striving to successfully complete the assigned tasks by the workers, public employees and laborers, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of the agency or unit. 1,936 topics and initiatives of the trade unionists and employees have been recognized and applied in practice to benefit hundreds of billion VND for the enterprises. Many collective groups and individuals were commended and rewarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and the Provincial Confederation of Labour.

The emulation movement “Good at workplace, responsible for housework” among female trade unionists, workers, public employees and laborers in the industrial zones has been deployed to 100% of grassroots trade unions, associated with “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style”, “Women actively study, creatively work and build up happy families”; The campaign “5 No-s, 3 Clean-s”... The annual registration rate for titles has increased, reaching over 80%. There are 335,607 women with the title “Good at workplace, responsible for housework” at all levels.

At the Meeting, the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones signed the trade unionist welfare program with 04 units: North Hong River PVI Insurance Company with incentives for motorcycle insurance, accident insurance of electricity using householders, accident risk insurance, cargo insurance. The Road motorized vehicle driver training center with incentives for driver training, test for granting motorbike and car driving licenses to the trade unionists and employees. International Dental Joint Stock Company presented the customer card worth 1,000,000 VND, free tartar cleaning for 01 year. Hong Phuc General Hospital with a commitment to preference, 10% discount for the trade unionists and employees for the services on medical examination and treatment, test, imaging diagnosis, functional exploration, bed fees, and transportation of patients...

On this occasion, 15 collective groups and 40 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in the period 2015-2020 were awarded the Certificates of merit by the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones “For Outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in the period 2015-2020.
