Notification of winter working hours of agencies in Bac Ninh province and cities

On October 9, 2020, the Provincial People's Committee issued notice No. 87 / TB-UBND, announcing winter working hours of provincial and city agencies as follows:
- Morning from 7:30 to 12:00
- Afternoon from 13:00 to 16:30
